Who this covers

This policy applies to heflight.com. It does not apply to the websites of HeFlight's booking partners once you leave heflight.com — each of them has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read it before booking.

What we collect today

The current version of heflight.com is an informational website. It does not run visitor analytics, advertising trackers, or account sign-up. Standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and requested page) may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.

What we'll collect once search is live

Once flight, hotel, and car search is connected to real booking partners, HeFlight expects to process: search criteria you enter (such as dates and destinations); which booking partner you continue to; and, where you create an account, basic profile information you provide. HeFlight will not ask for or store your payment card details — that happens on the booking partner's own site.

Cookies

heflight.com may use strictly necessary cookies for basic site functionality (such as remembering your language preference). Any future use of analytics or preference cookies will be disclosed here and, where required by law, only set with your consent.

Third-party booking partners

When you continue from HeFlight to a booking partner, information about that click (such as which partner and which offer) may be shared with that partner so they can credit HeFlight for the referral. See our affiliate disclosure for detail.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion, subject to any legal retention requirements. See Support for contact details.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page as HeFlight's product changes, and we'll keep this notice about legal review in place until a full legal review has been completed.
