Common questions
Do you sell tickets or take payment?
No. HeFlight compares offers from booking partners. When you continue with one, you complete your booking and pay on that partner's own site — HeFlight never collects your payment details.
How does HeFlight make money?
Some booking partners pay a commission on completed bookings made after a comparison on HeFlight. That never changes the price you're quoted. See our affiliate disclosure.
Is the pricing I see real?
Not yet — HeFlight's search is still in development (see Flights,Hotels, and Cars). Once real, authorized offers are connected, every price will be clearly labeled as live, cached, or indicative, so you always know what you're looking at.
Where is HeFlight available?
The website is available worldwide today. The website currently supports English and Arabic (with full right-to-left layout); more languages are on the way.
